Q

Can I get more information about a car?
A Yes. First be sure to use the "Read more about this car" feature that exists for every car. We have tried to provide you with as much information as possible as well as a good variety of pictures on each car. However, if additional information is needed, you can email us directly from that car's main page or by using the "CONTACT" link located on the top right of each page. Please be specific with your question so that we can make sure to provide you with the correct answer. We make every possible effort to answer all emails within 24 hours. If you do not have email available, you can contact us at (682) 429-1010.

Do you provide appraisals?

A

Yes.  We do "Fair Market Appraisals" which are accepted by Insurance Companies and Financial Institutions.  The cost for appraisals is $100.00 if the vehicle is brought to us.  If we are required to go to the vehicles location,  the cost is quoted on a case by case basis. 
Q If I am looking for a particular type of vehicle and you don't have one in your inventory, can you assist in locating one?

A

Yes, we can assist you in your search for that perfect car. The fee is negotiated on a case by case basis and only paid if we are successful in finding your car.
Q CAN I HAVE THE CAR INSPECTED PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE?
A Absolutely.  You can inspect it yourself or hire someone to perform the service on your behalf.  There are several companies that offer that service. If you need so assistance in finding a company, we will be happy to provide some names, etc.
Q Can you hold a car for me?

A

Yes we can. However it does require a 10% deposit. 50% of the deposit is refundable. The remaining 50% is retained as a fee for pulling the car off the market and potentially missing other buyers. The deposit can be paid by cashiers check, cash, bank wire transfer or money orders. Credit cards and personal checks are not accepted.

How do I pay for a vehicle?
A Payment can be made by personal check, cashiers check, cash, bank wire transfer or money orders.   Credit cards are not accepted. Once payment has been received in full (meaning it has cleared and been deposited into our account), the vehicle will be released and the original title to the vehicle will be mailed within 24 hours.
Q Do you provide financing?
A Yes. However, it is through one of our service partners that are indicated on the "RESOURCE" or "LINKS" page. These companies specialize in providing financing options for the Classic and Specialty Car industry. They have extremely competitive rates and terms. We will be happy to assist you in completing the application and streamlining the process.
Q Can I trade my existing car in?
A Yes,  we will consider trades if the vehicle you are trading in is a classic or collectable car that is in good condition and priced fairly.   If you are not sure if we would be interested in working with you on your particular car, please do not hesitate to ask.
Q Do the cars come with a warranty?
A No.   All vehicles are sold "as is".   However, it is our goal to honestly represent all our vehicles.   We don't like surprises anymore than our clients.   Additionally, we generally perform any repairs needed to our vehicles so that our client receives a car that they can put gas in and go.
Q How do I get my car delivered or shipped?
A It is easy.   We recommend you consider one of our service partners that are indicated on the "RESOURCE" page.   These companies specialize in providing shipping for the Classic and Specialty Car industry.   They have extremely competitive rates and terms.   We will be happy to assist you in obtaining a quote.
Q Do you buy cars?
A Yes we do.   We are always in the market for a nice classic or muscle car.
Q Do you handle cars on consignment?
A Yes we do.   We have a very flexible consignment program that allows clients to have their cars sold for them.   It is normally an agreed upon percentage based on the clients sell price and particular circumstances.   Our program is significantly cheaper than the typical program used by others in the industry or using an auction company. Plus it is a lot less headaches than doing your own advertising and marketing.  Our goal is to make the process as worry free adn simple on our clients while getting the desired results.
