This isn't your everyday 1965 Mustang by any stretch of the imagination.  This is the well known 1965 Mustang Restomod that's construction was fully documented in the March 1998 issue of Mustang & Fords magazine when it appeared on the cover as well as a page article inside.  It again appeared on the cover in January 2000 with another 9 page article inside.

It is basically a new modern 1965 Mustang with all the horsepower of modern technology and creature comforts.  It has 4,500 miles since its completion.  The following is a list of some of the modifications that make up this special car.  It has a 5.0 EFI Crate motor specially built by Ford Racing Performance,  a 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission specially built by B&M Performance Products,  a Ford 9 inch rear-end with 3.55:1 limited slip gears, Kelsey Hayes front disc brakes, JBA shorty performance headers connected to 2 inch stainless steel exhaust with Flow Master mufflers.  The smooth ride  and handling is achieved through variable rate coils, heavy duty sway bars, five leaf springs and 16X7 American Torque-thrust wheels with BF Goodrich tires.

The car also features Shelby tail lights, a 6 CD changer in the trunk, in dash air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, keyless entry, pony interior high back bucket seats out of a Mach 1, a Rally Pac and a custom built console.  The exterior is covered in beautiful Poppy Red  PPG Paint with White Shelby Lemans stripes.  Plus so much more,  we simply don't have the room to list.
